     Led and supervised a growing team of over 20 peer tutors, providing a collaborative
     environment aimed at facilitating learning.

     Managed daily and weekly schedules of tutor appointments, shift coverage, in-class
     presentations, and lead tutor meeting.

     Created and updated reference materials on writing topics such as APA Style,
     group papers, and creative writing.

     Developed procedures for online tutoring using Student Success Collaborative and

     Microsoft Teams during the COVID-19 pandemic.
